f11 Photography Magazine | November 2017
1st November 2017
Welcome to Issue 70; the November 2017 edition.
This month in the f11 Photography Magazine on the menu exclusively for our f11 Members we have my Behind the Lens from Brittany, with accompanying post-production video, the next in my series deconstructing my digital workflow, the Low Down on lens corrections, also with accompanying video, and an additional post-production video investigating the new range masking feature in Lightroom Classic CC.
From our regular columnists comes Ross Hoddinott's first impressions of the Nikon D850, Bas Meelker discusses the reality behind working on commissions once you turn professional, and Ben Pipe heads from Montenegro to Albania in the second part of his series on the Balkans.
In the second instalment of his series John Sloper looks at how to do your images justice when designing a photography website, and in this month's guest feature, Paul Mitchell discusses how to balance work as a graphic designer with photography, the beauty of exploring locations that are on your doorstep (in his case, Burnham Beeches), and how to disentangle the compositional choices you face when shooting in dense woodland. Last but definitely not least we have your pictures in the f11 Member’s Gallery.
So enjoy, digest, then venture forth to keep exposing!
