f11 Photography Magazine | August 2017

1st August 2017

Issue 67

Welcome to August 2017’s f11 Photography Magazine for our f11 Members.

Here we go; another issue of the new look f11 Photography Magazine goes Live. It’s been all hands-on deck here at David Noton Photography this summer but we’re getting there - the back issues of the old Chasing the Light Online Magazine are steadily being added as we continue to publish new ones.

This month we have for you David Noton’s Behind the Lens and Video Blog from Wester Ross, where, predictably, the weather both blessed and wrought havoc. On that subject, we also feature Richard Fox’s first instalment of his Low Down on predicting the weather; a must for all landscape photographers. Also a must are David’s usual Post-Production Videos, the second of which continues the series on Workflow.

Editor Ian Farrell has been out shooting the Henley Regatta, Ross Hoddinott considers depth, Bas Meelker is in The Big Apple and Ben Pipe reports from Naples. Editor’s Choice takes us to Fox Galcier in New Zealand, there are your images in the Member’s Gallery and we finish this month with a special from David; The Long Wait (the Guest Feature will be back next month).

To all our new f11 Members; welcome aboard. To all f11's both recent recruits and long service veterans we want to hear from you. Tell us what you think, and what you’d like to see in future editions of the f11 Photography Magazine. One way or another we’re all going places.
