Stepping Back

Irish Eyes

September 2007

It’s 6am on a Sunday morning in County Wicklow, and I suspect a few of us are a little worse for wear. Being a boring Anglo-Saxon, I managed to avoid the temptations of an 18 year old (Jameson’s) in the bar last night so am annoyingly bright eyed and bushy tailed, but I think a few were indulging in the Dark Stuff into the wee small hours, and are now paying the price. But the mood is jocular, as it has consistently been on this workshop, and as we wait for the light I continue my Oirish acclimatisation.
